الملخص

L’assistance au sol est l’ensemble des opérations permettant le traitement des passagers, de leurs bagages, et du fret et la préparation des avions au dé part. L’objectif recherché est d’optimiser les ressources investies, personnels et moyens, dans les escales de Tassili Airlines, et de décider sur le mode de sous-traitance adopté pour les autres escales de faible fréquence du départ et d’arrivée. Pour atteindre ces objectifs, des plans de production sont développés à partir d’analyse analytique de chaque type de mouvement et d’appareil, ce maillon d’analyse qui in clut un ensemble de personnel, moyens et timing est appelé le Temps d’Escale Moyen ou standard(TEM). (The ground assistance is the set of operations allowing the treatment of the passengers, their luggage, and the cargo and the preparation of the planes at the departure. The objective is to optimize the invested resources, personnel and means, in the stopovers of Tassili Airlines, and to decide on the mode of subcontracting adopted for the other low-end ports of departure and arrival. To achieve these objectives, production plans are developed from analytical analysis of each type of movement and apparatus, this analysis link which includes a set of personnel, means and timing is called the Average Time of Call or standard (TEM)
