الملخص

Le but de ce travail est d'étudier et de trouver des solutions au problème du démarrage ,et de couplage de la centrale du l’ARBAA qui travers le réseau électrique, et ceci à travers des techniques et des mises à jour au niveau de la centrale . Ceci est en cas d'absence totale de tension dans le réseau électrique. Afin de restaurer la réhabilitation du réseau avec la nutrition électrique nécessaire, en peu de temps avec une grande capacité pour que nous puissions rééquilibrer la production d'électricité et de consommation.
