This is aresearch in semantics about Manhaq Al-Bara’a fi Sharah Nahq Al-Balagha (Proficiency Approach to Interpreting Rhetoriecs Approach) By Habeeb Allah Al-hashimi Al-Khu’I (Died in 4231A.H.). Nahaq Al-Balagha is the one of the most important books in Arabic because of The beyond description material it contains.This is evident in the many studies that are carried out about it that many fillAcomplete library. The researcher is interested in studying the ideology and interpretation of Al-Khu’I of Nahq Al-Balagha which is characterized by abundant semantic material. The research is limited to study the section about the sementec phenomena and relations in Nahaq Al-balagha as presented in Nahaq Al-Bara’a, starting from the smallest semantic unit i.e.the single words out of context andending with identifying their meaning in the sentence, the context and the text Chapter one consists of two sections and studies the concept of meaning in Language and terminology for both the traditionalists and the modernizer,The linguistic growth and the semantic development. Chapter two studies homophone and opposition for both the traditionalists and The modernizers and in the book under study i.e nahj AL-bara’a. In section one of chapter three , the researcher studies synonymy in language and terminology and for both the traditionalists and the modernizers whereas section two studies synonymy in the book under studyin section one of chapter four , the researcher studies the linguistic differences for the traditionalists and the modernizers and in the book under the study whereas section two deals with semantic differences in particles and diactrics.
