ترجمة الملخص

The city of Nil and it`s region study on its geographical Administration and cultural spheres until the end of the century A.H. The thesis is a through historical study of the city Al-Nil in the middle Euphrates.it consists of two main sections. The first section which is the geo- administrative state of the Nil has each chapter contains several sup- chapters two chapters the first one deals with the geography conditions of middle Euphrates its rivers and canals, its economic development and its routes. The second chapters studies the city and its suburbs .It throws the light on the historical and archeological back ground of the region. Then it deal with the administrative conditions of the city. At the same time the second section consists of three chapters. The cultural life of the Nil. It has two chapters, the first of them stresses on the literal true life and the second on famous scholars of the city in various fields of Know ledge such as:- the tradition (ALhadith) ,grammar, literature, Poems, historiography , medicine . The thesis contains many maps and archiological remnants that deal with the Nil region.
