الملخص

لكن عندما نعرف ان للبث الفضائي جوانب ايجابية ايضا يمكن ان تؤدي الى نتائج وفوائد كبيرة على العلاقات الاسرية، فأننا توصلنا الى ان البث الفضائي هو سلاح ذو حدين، تتوقف سلبياتها وايجابياتها على كيفية التعامل مع هذه الالية.وطبقت الدراسة على عينة شملت مختلف الطبقات في مدينة بغداد وقد ضمت (300) مبحوث.وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على ثلاثة مناهج هي المنهج المقارن ومنهج المسح الميداني والمنهج التاريخي. كذلك اعتمد الباحث في عملية جمع المعلومات وبيانات الدراسة على الاستمارة الاستبيانية والمقابلة والملاحظة البسيطة.كما تم استخدام مجموعة من الاساليب الاحصائية، فالوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري، والترابط المرتبي، ومربع كاي .. الخ. وتم التأكد من الفرضيات التي وصفها الباحث من خلال المعلومات التي تم الحصول عليها من عينة الدراسة، وجرى اختيارها عن طريق استعمال التقنيات الاحصائية.وقد توصل الباحث الى نتائج وحقائق عديدة مهمة منها ما يشير ان للبث الفضائي اثار سلبية على العلاقات الاسرية، ومنها ما يؤكد ان للبث الفضائي اثار ايجابية، والرأي الاخر يؤكد ان للبث الفضائي اثارا سلبية اكثر من الاثار الايجابية، الا ان مدى الفائدة والضرر تتوقف على كيفية التعامل معها وهي الحل الامثل للتخلص او الحد من مخاطر البث الفضائي.

ترجمة الملخص

The study consists of two parts. The first one deals with the theoretical side. The researcher discussed generally.The satellite broadcasting and its negative and positive effects on family relations. However, the study concentrates on the negative aspects particularly when the family members or some of them choose the channels that may lead to that hind of results. Contradictory choices of programs may lead to tension and conflict more than integration in the familial relationships. Gonerally speaking, the younger generation, especially children, cannot disting aish between right & wrong or useful and harmful programs. Butuince the satellitic broad casting has not only negative effects but also positive ones, accorchingly it all dependson how to deal with this new technology.The second part of the study deals with the fielod -work which was applied on sample of various classes in Baghdad city. The methodology depended on three approaches which are the comparative approach of the fieldsurvey and the historic approach. The researcher used guestionnaire and an interview.Also some statistical methods were used such as standard deviation arithmetic qui-Squares... etc. The results were certified through information taken from the sample and were tested through statistical techniques.The study concluded with many facts. Some of them were refer to the bad effects of satellite broad casting others to the good effects.Finally the researcher reached the conclusion that the satellite broad casting is a new phenomenon with no borders to limit its diffusion. As arrest of that, the family has to face the dangers of the broad casting and try to limit its negatives, and gain from its positives.The researcher gave many recommendations and suggestions
