الملخص

Le présent mémoire s’inscrit dans le cadre du master académique en Architecture et Urbanisme option « Habitat et Architecture », il est concerné par la problématique de l’aménagement urbain en milieu littoral, l’espace le plus complexe et fragile comme plusieurs auteurs le décrire. Les interventions sur le plan urbain et architectural sont beaucoup plus particulières dans ce milieu, ce dernier nécessite des exigences spécifiques relatives à la présence de la mer et la particularité du climat et à d’autres facteurs, comme il nécessite des lois et réglementations pour le protéger et garantir son développement durable. En Algérie les règlements en matière l’architecture et l’urbanisme après l’indépendance sont les même partout à travers le territoire, et aussi les textes légiférés qui ils sont venus après rester insuffisant pour régler la situation de notre littoral. Les nouvelles tendances concernant les conceptions des quartiers sont basées sur le principe de la mixité fonctionnelle et sociale, pour cette raison notre mémoire parle sur les caractéristiques de l’habitat intégré et ses particularités en milieu littoral.

This thesis is part of the academic master's degree in Architecture and Urbanism option "Housing and Architecture", it is concerned with the issue of urban development in coastal areas, the most complex and fragile space as several authors describe it. The interventions on the urban and architectural plan are much more particular in this zone, the latter requires specific requirements relating to the presence of the sea and the peculiarity of the climate and other factors, as it requires laws and regulations to protect and guarantee its sustainable development. In Algeria the regulations in matters of architecture and town planning after independence are the same everywhere throughout the country, and also the legal texts which came after remain insufficient to regulate the situation of our coastal area. The new trends in neighborhood designs are based on the principle of functional and social mix, for this reason our thesis speaks about the characteristics of the integrated habitat and it particularities in the coastal environment.
