الملخص

The essential part of the cement production process is the production of clinker, which is obtained by Burning, under conditions of suitable duration and temperature, a mixture of clay and and crushed limestone. Sometimes the clinker is after it leaves the oven. The company proceeds in this case to the rejection of the clinker and this is a important quantities.It is also known that the main component of cement remains clinker and its quality closely that of the entire cement. Our study concerns the optimization of the rate of following percentages (0%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30% and 35%), introduced as an addition in the cement while respecting the quality of the cement product, a cement in accordance with the Algerian standard NA 442. La partie essentielle du processus de fabrication du ciment est la production du clinker qui s’obtient par cuisson, dans des conditions de durée et de température convenables, d’un mélange d’argile et de calcaire soigneusement dosé et broyé. Il arrive parfois que le clinker soit incuit après sa sortie du four. La société procède dans ce cas au rejet des incuits et ceci constitue une partie significative. On sait aussi que le principale constituant du ciment reste le clinker et de sa qualité dépend étroitement celle du ciment en entier. Notre étude concerne l’optimisation du taux des incuits avec les pourcentages suivants (0%, 10%,15%,20%, 25%, 30% et 35%), introduits comme ajout dans le ciment tout en respectant la qualité du ciment produit, un ciment conforme à la norme algérienne NA 442.
