الملخص

Ce travail consiste a etudier l'etat d'infestation de quelques parcelles de pomme de terre par Its nematodes a kyste Globodera sp. Notts avons aussi realise une enquete aupres des agriculteurs sur ces parasites dam les regions d'Ain Defla et de Blida. Dam la wilaya d'Ain Della, le manque de la formation des agriculteurs, l'insuffisance de vulearisation agricole et le mode de conduite de la culture inadequat seraient a l'origine de Ia forte infestation notee dam cette region. Au contraire, dans Ia willaya de Blida, le niveau de formation des agriculteurs est meilleur ce qui a influence positivement le mode de conduite de cette culture. Ceci pourrait expliquer la distribution =ins importante de ces parasites dans cette region. Les analyses nematologiques oat revile que la majorite des parcelles prospectees sont infestees et la frequence d'infestation a atteint le 74% des parcelles dans la wilaya d'Ain Defla. A Blida, ces parasites sont presents dans une settle parcelle prospectee. Avec une frequence d'infestation moths elevee de 8,33% du sol. This work consists in studying the degre of infestation of some parcels of potato by the nematodes with cyst Globodera sp. We also achieved an investigation by the agriculturists on these parasites in the regions of Ain Defla and Blida. In the wilaya of AM Defla, the lack of the formation of the agriculturists, the agricultural popularization insufficiency and the inadequate fashion of conduct the culture would be at the origin of the strong infestation noted in this region. However, in the willaya of Blida, the level of formation of the agriculturists is better what influenced the fashion of conduct of this culture positively which could explain that those parasits are less distributed in this regions The nematological analyses revealed that the majority of the prospected parcels in Ain Defla are infested and the frequency of infestation reached the 74% of the parcels. In Blida, these parasites are present in only one of the prospected parcel with a frequency of infestation less elevated of 8, 33% of soil

یتضمن هدا العمل دراسة حالة الإصابة في بعض المستثمرات الفلاحیة من قبل الدیدان الخیطیة ذات الأكیاس Globodera المضرة بزراعة البطاطا .قمنا بإجراء تحقیق مع الفلاحین على هده الطفیلیات في كل من منطقتي عین الدفلى والبلیدة. .أظهرت نتائج البحث أن درجة الإصابة العالیة في ولایة عین الدفلى مصدرها نقص تكوین الفلاحین ونقص الإرشاد الفلاحي وكدا نمط التسییر الغیر ملائم .أما في ولایة البلیدة فمستوى تكوین الفلاحین الجید له تأثیر ایجابي من حیث نمط التسییر مما أدى إلى نقص أهمیة توزع هده الدیدان في هده المنطقة .أظهرت نتائج التحلیل النیمتولوجي أن معظم القطع المدروسة مصابة .تواتر الإصابة قد وصل إلى 74% بولایة عین الدفلى. أما في ولایة البلیدة هده الطفیلیات موجودة فقط في قطعة أرضیة واحدة وحد الضرر 33,8. %.
