الملخص

Ce travail a visé l’interaction des biomolécules composant les extraits du fruit et de feuille de zizyphus lotus de deux régions de l’Algérie de littoral (Tipaza) et de la Mitidja (Blida).Le screening phytochimque a révélé la présence des polyphénols, des tanins et des flavonoïdes dans les extraits foliaire ainsi des sucres et de la vitamine C dans les extraits de fruits récolté dans les deux régions. L’analyse quantitative réalisé nous a permis d’établir la teneur en polyphénol et en tanins dans les extraits des feuilles ; les résultats obtenus ont révélé la présence d’une grande quantité de polyphénols dans l’extrait de la région de Mitidja dont le taux en composés phénoliques est 1.4450.028g/eq acide gallique/mg comparer à celui préparer à partir des feuilles récolté de littoral dont la teneur est évaluée à 0.6380.186g/eq acide gallique/mg. Quant aux tanins les extraits à partir des feuilles de la Mitidja ont un taux plus élevé de 1.4790.024g/eq catéchine/mg par rapport à les feuilles récoltés de littoral 0.6640.041 g/eq de la catéchine/mg. Par ailleurs le dosage de la vitamine C a montré que l’extrait de la région de la Mitidja détient la concentration la plus élevée qui est 2.8% par rapport à l’extrait du fruit de littoral 4.1%.Pour cela les feuilles et les fruits de la région de Mitidja ont été sélectionnées pour évaluer l’activité anti oxydante et cicatrisante de zizyphus lotus. En effet, les résultats obtenus du test de l’activité cicatrisante indiquent une importante réparation chez les sujets traités par la pommade préparé à partir des feuilles de zizyphus lotus et une accélération du phénomène de la cicatrisation, cette réparation a atteint son taux maximal (96.57%) au 26ème jour et elle a été confirmé à travers une étude histologique. En outre l’étude de l’activité antioxydant par le test du DPPH a révélé un pouvoir antioxydant remarquable chez les extraits de zizyphus lotus notamment l’extrait aqueux du fruit avec une activité antioxydant relative de74.2% et IC50 de l’ordre de0.24mg/ml. En conclusion les extraits du fruit s’avèrent très riche en antioxydant dont la vitamine C, et les composés phytochimiques des feuilles du zizyphus lotus sont responsable de L’activité cicatrisante. (Study of some 6icatrisatactivities of extracts of zizyphuss lotus. This work focused on the interaction of the biomolecules composing fruit extracts and zizyphus lotus leaf from two regions of coastal Algeria (Tipaza) and Mitidja (Blida).Phytochemical screening revealed the presence of polyphenols, tannins and flavonoids in leaf extracts as well as sugars and vitamin C in fruit extracts harvested in both regions. The quantitative analysis carried out allowed us to establish the polyphenol and tannin content in the leaf extracts; the results obtained revealed the presence of a large amount of polyphenols in the extract of the region of Mitidjaest1.4450.028 g/eqgallic acid/mg whose phenolics content is compare to that prepared from the collected leaves of littoral whose the content is evaluated at 0.6380.186 g / eqgallic acid/mg. As for the tannins, the extracts from the leaves of the Mitidja have a higher rate of 1,4790,024g / eqcatechin/mg compared to the collected leaves of littoral 0.6640.041 g / eq of catechin/mg. In addition, the vitamin C assay showed that the extract from the Mitidja region has the highest concentration that is 8.2% compared to the extract of the coastal fruit 4.1%.For this, the leaves and fruits of the Mitidja region were selected to evaluate the antioxidant and healing activity of zizyphus lotus.In fact, the results obtained from the cicatrizing activity test indicate an important repair in the subjects treated with the ointment prepared from zizyphus lotus leaves and an acceleration of the 6icatrisationphenomenon, this repair reached its maximum level in the 19thday unlike rats treated with the reference product, the powder ointment prepare from the fruits and controls which reveals 98.5% 78.19% 70.58%respectively.In addition, the study of the antioxidant activity by the DPPH test revealed a remarkable antioxidant power in extracts of zizyphus lotus including the aqueous extract of the fruit with a relative antioxidant activity of74.2% and IC50 of the order of 0 .24mg / ml. In conclusion, the fruit extracts are very rich in antioxidants including vitamin C, and the phytochemicals of the leaves of zizyphus lotus are responsible for the healing activity)

ركز هذا العمل على تفاعل الجزيئات المؤلفة من مستخلصات الثمار و اوراق نبات السدر المتحصل عليها من منطقتين من الجزائر الساحلية (تيبازة) و متيجة (البليدة) .كشف الفحص الكيميائي النباتي عن وجود مادة البلوفينول و الصبغ في مستخلصات الاوراق و كذلك السكريات و الفيتامين "س" في مستخلصات الثمار .سمح التحليل الكمي الذي اجري بتحديد محتوى البلوفينول و الصبغ في الاوراق كما كشفت النتائج التي تم الحصول عليها عن وجود كمية كبيرة من البلوفينول في مستخلص منطقة متيجة الذي يتراوح 54..1040.0ميكروغرام / مكافئ حمض الغاليك / ملغ مقارنة مع مستخلص منطقة متيجة 046.004506ميكروغرام / مكافئ حمض الغاليك / ملغ اما بالنسبة للفحص الكمي للصبغ فـان مستخلصات اوراق متيجة لها معدل 54..1040..ميكروغرام/ مكافئ الكاتشين / ملغ مقارنة بمستخلص اوراق الساحل 0466.040.5ميكروغرام / مكافئ الكاتشين / ملغ .بالإضافة الى ذلك اظهر اختبار الفيتامين "س" على ثمار المنطقتين وجود محتوى كبير في تلك المتحصل عليها في منطقة متيجة 2.8%مقارنة بالمتحصل عليها من الساحل 1.4% .لهذا تم انتقاء الثمار و الاوراق من منطقة متيجة بالبليدة لتقويم نشاط مضادات الاكسدة و الندوب .النتائج المتحصل عليها من اختبار فعالية ازالة الندوب تشير الى التجديد المهم عند الجرذان المخبرية التي طبق عليها المرهم المعد من أوراق السدر حيث أبدى فعالية فائقة في اليوم التاسع عشر.و بمقارنة المواد الصيدلانية مع المرهم المعدمن ثمار السدرو الجرذان الشاهدة 52.9 ،92.45 ،91.42على الترتيب.كما كشفت دراسة نشاط مضادات الاكسدة التي قام بها اختبار DPPHعن وجود قدر ملحوظ لمضادات الاكسدة في المستخلص المائي للثمار 91.8% مع تثبيط 91% من الجذور الحرة عند التركيز 8.1ملغ / مل .في الختام ثمار متيجة غنية بمضادات الاكسدة بما في ذلك الفيتامينات ، اما بالنسبة للأوراق فهي مسؤولة عن نشاط الندوب
