الملخص

Dans le cadre de la recherche de nouveaux composés naturels biologiquement actifs on orientevers la mer comme source inexploitées et très riche des microorganismes actifs non identifiées.Dans notre recherche nous sommes intéressés à isolé une collection de souches bactériennes de genre Bacillus a partir des échantillons marines soit animales (oursin, escargot) soit végétales (algue brun, algue vert, algue rouge).L’identification de ses souches est reste incomplète malgré l’étape d’étude phénotypique ;macroscopique et microscopique, et biochimique par les analyses de système galerie classique et même APE 20 réalisé sur les isolats. L’intérêt porté à ces quarante souches isolées est leurs grandes activités biologiques et leur baguage enzymatique important qui sont clairement apparaît lors de Mise en évidence d’activités hydrolytiques extracellulaires, et biologique.

Within the framework of the research for new biologically active natural compound, we orientingto the sea as untapped source and very rich in active microorganisms unidentified.
