Objective of the study: To study the clinical and of caustic damage and Barium in cases of esophageal due to stricture.Materials and Methods:The study included all patients with a history of caustic any reason, provided that the upper gastrointestinal endoscopy was possible. Patients were followed after 3-4 weeks clinically.In state of development of dysphagia in some patients,they required re- upper gastrointestinal endoscopy and identification of optimal intervention to solve the problem of swallowing dysfunction and placing the patient on the dilatation case of need.Results: Caustic injuries are common in children (average age 5 years). The most common symptoms were %, vomiting 53%. %, stomach %, esophageal of pharynx.Conclusions: Caustic substances are commonly used in children and may cause immediate or subsequent serious injuries.
