الملخص

Les réseaux sans fil maillés constituent une solution pratique et peu couteuse,pour la couverture en haut débit de région dépourvues d’infrastructure filairedense. Dans ce type de réseau, des transmissions entre terminaux distants sansrendues possibles grâce à un acheminement des données en multi-sauts. Le but recherché à travers ce travail est d’évaluer et analyser les protocolesde type de routage sur les performances du handover dans les réseaux mailléssans fil (802.11s). Tout d’abord, les architectures et principe de fonctionnementdu WMN sont détaillés et comparés. Ensuite, une comparaison entre deuxprotocoles de type réactif (AODV, DSR) et deux protocoles de type proactif(DSDV, OLSR). Enfin, une architecture de simulation est présentée suivie del’évaluation de performances des mécanismes de handover dans les réseauxMesh. Mesh wireless networks provide a convenient and inexpensive solution for broadband coverage in areas without dense wired infrastructure. In this type of network, transmission between remote terminals without being made possible by means of multi-hop data routing. The goal sought through this work is to evaluate and analyze the routing type protocols on the performance of the handover in wireless mesh networks (802.11s). First, the architectures and operating principle of the WMN are detailed and compared. Then, a comparison between two reactive type protocols (AODV, DSR) and two proactive type protocols (DSDV, OLSR). Finally, simulation architecture is presented followed by the performance evaluation of handover mechanisms in Mesh networks
