الملخص

هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى فاعلية برنامج إرشادي في خفض التشوهات المعرفية؛ لمواجهة أزمة الهوية لدى المراهقات الفلسطينيات، وتكوّنت عينة الدراسة من (36) طالبة من طالبات الصف العاشر من مدرسة شادية أبو غزالة الثانوية للبنات شمال غزة، مقسمة إلى مجموعتين؛ مجموعة تجريبية وعددها (18) طالبة، ومجموعة ضابطة وعددها (18) طالبة، واستخدمت الباحثة الأدوات الآتية: مقياس التشوهات المعرفية (إعداد العصار: 2015)، ومقياس أزمة الهوية (إعداد شند وآخرون :2015)، والبرنامج الإرشادي إعداد الباحثة، واتّبعت الدراسة المنهج شبه التجريبي، وتوصّلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية:1-وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا بين متوسطات رتب درجات أفراد المجموعة التجريبية والضابطة، في القياس البَعدي على مقياس التشوهات المعرفية، بعد تطبيق البرنامج لصالح المجموعة التجريبية.2-وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا بين متوسطات رتب درجات أفراد المجموعة التجريبية في القياس القبلي والبَعدي على مقياس التشوهات المعرفية لصالح القياس البَعدي.3-وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا بين متوسطات رتب درجات أفراد المجموعة التجريبية في القياس البعدي والتتبعي على مقياس التشوهات المعرفية لصالح القياس التتبعي.4-وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا بين متوسطات رتب درجات أفراد المجموعة التجريبية والضابطة، في القياس البعدي على مقياس أزمة الهوية بعد تطبيق البرنامج لصالح المجموعة التجريبية.5-وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا بين متوسطات رتب درجات أفراد المجموعة التجريبية في القياس القبلي والبعدي على مقياس أزمة الهوية لصالح القياس البعدي.6-عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا بين متوسطات رتب درجات أفراد المجموعة التجريبية في القياس البعدي والتتبعي على مقياس أزمة الهوية

.AbstractThe study aimed to identify the effectiveness of a counseling program in Reducing Cognitive Distortions to Confront the Identity Crisis of Palestinian Adolescents.The study sample consisted of (36) students who were chosen from the 10th grade of Shadia Abu Ghazaleh secondary school for girls in north Gaza and randomly divided into experimental and control groups. The first experimental group composed of (18) students. The second is the control group composed of (18) students.The researcher used the cognitive distortions scale, which was prepared by: Eslam Elassar (2015), and Identity Crisis scale, which was prepared by: Samira Shand et al., (2015), and Counseling Program whom the researcher has prepared.She also used the following statistical methods: Pearson correlation coefficient, Guttman correlation coefficient, Mann-Whitney-U Test, Wilcoxon Test, and Eta Square.The study concluded the following:1-There are statistically significant differences between the grade averages of the control and experimental groups in the posttest measurement on the Cognitive Distortions scale, counted for the experimental group.2-There are statistically differences between the averages of the grades of the experimental group in the pre- and post-measurements on the cognitive distortions scale after the application of the counseling program in favour of the post measurement.3-There are statistically significant differences between the averages of the grades of the experimental group in the post and iterate measurements on the cognitive distortions scale after one months and half from the application of the counseling program in favour of the iterate measurements.4-There are statistically significant differences between the grade averages of the control and experimental group in the posttest measurement on the identity crisis scale, counted for the experimental group.5-There are statistically differences between the averages of the grades of the experimental group in the pre- and post- measurements on the identity crisis scale after the application of the counseling program in favour of the post measurement .6-There are no statistically significant differences between the averages of the grades of the experimental group in the post and iterate measurements on the identity crisis scale after one months and half from the application of the counseling program.
