Background and Aim of study: Along with such an increase in developments in dental implant comes a desire to simplify the procedures in regard to many aspects including the time from starting to finishing treatment, Immediate loading provides less surgical interventions, an easier and faster solution with and functional restoration. However,the choice of protocol of immediately loaded implant is broad and often controversial,The this study were to compare the implant stability quotient (ISQ), bone loss and the changes that occur in the bone density around implants as a result of immediate functional and nonfunctional loading Immediate Nonfunctional Loading INFL). Each main divided into two different subgroups according to implant diameter (3.8 mm Diameter Implants Group, 4.8 mm Diameter Implants Group).Each patient least two temporary crowns within 48 hours after surgery with the two immediate loading procedure (nonfunctional and functional), with nonfunctional temporary restoration to avoid occlusal contact in Loading .There statistically significant difference (P>.0.05) between the two groups.At the 12-month follow-up, the mean marginal bone loss was statistically significant values of ISQ,marginal bone loss and change of bone density between implants (3.8-4.8) regardless of loading type.Conclusions:This study was unable to detect any statistically significant difference in the values of ISQ,bone change of bone density between Immediate Functional Loading and Immediate Nonfunctional posterior region showed an increase in bone density and ISQ values for two protocols.Implant diameter had considerable influence on these values,and implants with wide diameter favorable in the immediate loading
