ترجمة الملخص

This study aims to choice model to predict the trees and estimate the wood volume in Kafrdabil stand(Jableh), using diameter distribution equations, so these prediction will be available for foresters to help them to manage their forests. Field measurements were done in 2011 and 2014. The same methodology was used for both measurements with increasing number of plots in the second measurement. The diameters were measured at the breast height for 526, 1157 trees in 2011 and 2014; respectively. Many tested such distribution and using Chi square test.Five trees were cut and cross sectional areas at breast height were taken for analysis.The Weibull-3p model showed the best estimation of wood volume;where the actual and predicted values were about 197.50 and 195.41 m³/ha respectively in year 2011 while in 2014 both actual and predicted values were 203.50, 202.18 m³/ha respectively. The current annual increment reached 2 m³/ha/a, this means that an amount of 2 m³/ha/a can be sustainably harvested every year. Radial increment was affected positively by the rain of the Spring, and negatively with increase of June's temperatures
