Human resource management is considered as an essential function which believes thatthe human resource cannot reach the achievement of all the desired targets without having to carefor it by preparing, directing and qualifying it in the sake of investingin it and exploiting it in an optimal way, and this canonly be possible through the training process as it is the main factor for the advancement of the human element. Our study focusedon measuring the effect of training onimproving theperformance of the employers of the Municipality of Oued-Slythrough the analyses ofits elements andtheidentification ofthe importance of this sensitive process inside this basic regional group. We have relied in our study on the questionnaire as a research toolwhich was designed to include two parts;the first part was dedicated topersonal information and to the dimension of judgment, while the second part has included five dimensions centeredmainlyon training and performance.This electronic questionnaire, which was prepared through the Google forms application, was widely sharedand the size of thesample that answered the questionnaire was estimated at 69 responses, meaning that the number of employers who responded tothe questionnaire is 69, and we have concluded that there is an integration relationship between training and performance.
