Creative Leadership and Its Role In Enhancing The Morales of Personnel Membersassociated to The Ministry of The Interior and The National Security.This study is aiming at identifying creative leadership and its role in enhancing The Moralesof personnel members associated to the Ministry of the interior and the National Security.The study uses the descriptive and analytical approach. Therefore, a survey has been prepareddistributed among targeted sample to help achieving the study goals and to test hypothesis.The study's targeted population includes the security forces personnel, who havelieutenant rank up to the major general rank. In both National Security and Ministry of interiorat the southern governorates. However, 400 questionnaires distributed among those targetedpeople.The main findings of the research studies are :1 – The relative weight of the creative leadership aspect reached 72%, the flexibility comesin the first rank with a relative weight of 72%. While with the study second aspect," morale",the relative weight reached 75.8%. This indicates of participants' positive response. Moreover,that the support degree is very high.2- There is a statistically significant relationship and a clear impact between "Creative Leadership"and the "Morales". At (0.05 ≥ α) significant level.3- According to the variables: years of service, education and qualifications and ranks .Therewere no differences between the average responses of "Creative leadership " with targetedparticipants associated to Ministry of Interiors and National security personnel people.;-According to the variables: years of service, education and qualifications and ranks .Therewere no differences between the average responses of "The Morales" with targeted participantsassociated to Ministry of Interiors and National security personnel people.The main recommendations of the research study are:1. It is necessary for Ministry of Interior and National Security to pay special attention andinterest to Creative Leadership "as a significant variable that help to affect The Moraleslevels. Which in turn reflected on the performance and the quality of the security forcesservice.2. Activate exercising creative leadership throughout number of methods and tools including:Announcing the best creative performance prize.in addition to implementing specifictraining programs .arranging annual forum to by Ministry of interiors to operationalizethe creative leadership skills. Also to exchange experiences and views about leadershippractices.3. Identify the weakness and strength points of the people's practices who have high ranksinside the ministry. Then, working on reinforcing strengths and solving its weakness.
