ترجمة الملخص

The study tackles the talk about the legislative miracle in Surat Al-Ahzab. First, it follows the inductive approach, and then the verses related to the type of one miracle is collected and studied as an objective analytical study to extract the Qur’anic miracles from it. At first, the study deals with the aspects of miraculousness, and the sayings of scholars and commentators on the legislative miracles. It shows the three axes of legislative miracles, which are: Doctrine, Sharia, and Ethics which represent the focus of the message. Talking about these aspects in details takes a lifetime of generations, but it is sufficient for the researcher to tackle some references that show the legislative miracle in the Holy Qur’an and that it is valid for every time and place. Moreover, The study deals with the legislative wisdom of the prohibition of adoption and zihaar in Islam, and an explanation of the etiquette of visiting and asking for permission, and the legislative miraculousness of hijab and lack of display, and that was by referring to the approved books of miraculous and interpretation, the authentic Sunan, books of hadith and Sunnah explanations, language dictionaries, and history books by historians those to whom the nation attests to justice and trust, and other approved books adopted by researchers, and the researcher did not rely on weak hadiths and effects during her study of this research.
