The objective of the measure the impact of the effectiveness of a program based on the integration of Discovery cognitive e the achievement of equivalence between the experimental and control groups, the researcher identified the following variables before educational program: (age, teaching experience, teaching time, and scientific content).To determine the appropriate statistical methods for the research, the researcher ed by the SPSS in order to check the nature of the distribution of the sample individuals' scores on the achievement test and the test of identifying concepts. This was done through the use of the moderate test )of the sample individuals' scores indicated that the distribution of their scores on the achievement test and the test of identifying moderate in the , . This makes us use the following parametric statistical methods:-T-Test of basic education fourth grade students with the correct scientific concepts and improve in the , and to calculate the students' retention Summary of the research in of these concepts, the researcher depended on the following statistical principles:- percentage of the average gain by using modified Blake's gain ratio to effect of using the integration of the Discovery background, to identify the common forms of understanding before and during process, and to prepare the appropriate education plans to alternative concepts before they begin to teach these concepts because this is important for them to develop their teaching methods.2.Training teachers of the first cycle of basic education to use the strategies educational guide that shows how to integrate the strategies cognitive maps in the identification of alternative concepts and the achievement in the science course, and how to teaching.4. classroom environment and with the appropriate educational and technical means which are suitable implementation of Discovery cognitive maps strategies in the science course.5. Developing science courses for the basic education stage and including within and exercises that challenge the ideas of students and encourage them to self-discovery, so that they become in teaching science course and other their classrooms.8. Studying the impact of the development of higher thinking skills among first basic education
