الملخص

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى معرفة العلاقة بين الذكاء الانفعالي ومستوى الطموح لدى أساتذة قسم العلوم الاجتماعية بجامعة ام البواقي، بالاضافة الى تحديد مستوى الذكاء الانفعالي ومستوى الطموح الموجود لدى هذه الفئة من الأساتذة، ولتحقيق ذلك فقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتطبيق أداتي الدراسة وهما مقياس الذكاء الانفعالي لفاروق عثمان ومحمد عبد السميع، ومقياس مستوى الطموح لحمودي عبد الحسن، حيث تم تطبيقهما على عينة من 30 أستاذ وأستاذة بقسم العلوم الاجتماعية بجامعة العربي بن مهيدي بأم البواقي.وبعد التحليل الكيفي والكمي للبيانات تم التوصل الى النتائج التالية:1­ توجد علاقة بين الذكاء الانفعالي ومستوى الطموح لدى أساتذة قسم العلوم الاجتماعية بجامعة أم البواقي.2­ توجد علاقة بين مستوى الطموح وإدارة الانفعالات لدى أساتذة قسم العلوم الاجتماعية بجامعة أم البواقي.3­ توجد علاقة بين مستوى الطموح والتعاطف لدى اساتذة قسم العلوم الاجتماعية بجامعة أم البواقي.4­ توجد علاقة بين مستوى الطموح وتنظيم الانفعالات لدى أساتذة قسم العلوم الاجتماعية بجامعة أم البواقي.5­ توجد علاقة بين مستوى الطموح والمعرفة الانفعالية لدى أساتذة قسم العلوم الاجتماعية بجامعة أم البواقي.6­ توجد علاقة بين مستوى الطموح والتواصل الاجتماعي لدى أساتذة قسم العلوم الاجتماعية بجامعة أم البواقي.7­ جاء مستوى الطموح لدى أساتذة قسم العلوم الاجتماعية بجامعة أم البواقي متوسط.8­ جاء مستوى الذكاء الانفعالي أساتذة قسم العلوم الاجتماعية بجامعة أم البواقي مرتفع. وتم الخروج بمجموعة من التوصيات للدراسة.

ترجمة الملخص

This study aimed to find out the relationship between emotional intelligence and the level of ambition among professors of the Department of Social Sciences at Umm El-BouaghiUniversity, in addition to determining the level of emotional intelligence and the level of ambition present in this category of professors. The emotional level of Farouq Othman and Muhammad Abd al-Sami ', and the level of ambition measure for Hammoudi Abdel-Hassan, as they were applied to a sample of 30 professors and professors in the Department of Social Sciences at Al-Arabi Bin Mahidi University in the nations of Al-Bouaghi.After the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the data, the following results were reached:1. There is a relationship between emotional intelligence and the level of ambition among professors of the Department of Social Sciences at Umm El-Bouaghi University.2. There is a relationship between the level of ambition and management of emotions among the professors of the Department of Social Sciences at Umm El-Bouaghi University.3. There is a relationship between the level of ambition and sympathy among the professors of the Department of Social Sciences at Umm El-Bouaghi University.4. There is a relationship between the level of ambition and the regulation of emotions among the professors of the Department of Social Sciences at Umm El-Bouaghi University. 35. There is a relationship between the level of ambition and emotional knowledge of the professors of the Department of Social Sciences at Umm El-Bouaghi University.6. There is a relationship between the level of ambition and social communication among professors of the Department of Social Sciences at Umm El-Bouaghi University.7. The level of ambition among the professors of the Department of Social Sciences at Umm El Bouaghi University was average.8. The level of emotional intelligence among the professors of the Department of Social Sciences at Umm El-Bouaghi University was high. And a set of recommendations were made for the study.
