الملخص

The distribution of domestic water remains a delicate issue and often complex for and managers. Reason why we studied in this work the drinking water from the POS SUD EST II study area, South / East extension of the town of Ain Témouchent. In this context, we have established a diagnosis of the network and studied by the arbitrary method that we compared with our resizing by the Hardy- . The simulation by Epanet showed that sizing by Hardy-Cross is more reliable than the Arbitrary method in terms of flow conditions. Finally, we characterized the network byArcGIS a GIS software, where we made available to the manager a network control we have resized, for each node, section and structure in real time La distribution des eaux domestiques reste un enjeu délicat et souvent complexe pour les techniciens et les gestionnaires de l’eau. Raison pour laquelle nous avons étudié dans ce travail le réseau d’alimentation en eau potable de la zone d’étude de POS SUD EST II, extension Sud/Est de la ville d’Ain Témouchent. Dans ce contexte, nous avons établi un diagnostic du réseau et étudié son dimensionnement par la méthode arbitraire que nous avons comparé avec notre redimensionnement par la méthode de Hardy-Cross. La simulation par Epanet a montré que le dimensionnement par Hardy-Cross est plus fiable que la méthode Arbitraire en matière des conditions d’écoulement. Enfin, nous avons caractérisé le réseau par ArcGIS un logiciel du SIG, où nous avons mis en disposition du gestionnaire un outil de contrôle du réseau que nous avons redimensionné, pour chaque nœuds, tronçon et ouvrage en temps réel
