The role of a training programme based on micro teaching method in developing some major teaching skills for undergraduate teachers in the Faculty of Education.2-The attitudes of undergraduate teachers toward the benefit which they had obtained due to applying the micro teaching training programme.3-The difficulties that had faced practical education supervisors while applying the micro teaching training programme.4-The deviations within undertaking the major teaching skills among the research sample due to two variables of schooling year and gender.To achieve the study goals, the researcher had used analytic descriptive method and the semi-experimental method based on periodical sequence design. Also, an observation card had been prepared. This observation card contains five teaching skills that had been applied, previously and latterly, on the research sample that consisted of /50/ undergraduate male and female teachers. Each /10/ undergraduate teachers had had one educational supervisor. Moreover, a survey had been designed. It had been for the attitudes of undergraduate teachers towards the achieved benefit due to applying the micro teaching system. Another survey had been designed had been for investigating the difficulties that had faced practical education supervisors while applying the micro teaching training programme in the Faculty of Education.Data had been processed by using (SPSS) application. The central attitude criteria (mean values, standard deviation, average), (T.Student test), (Pearson correlation coefficient at the default significance level of 0.05) and test had been used for hypotheses examination and answering its questions.Achieving the study goal, questions and hypotheses about the research had been situated as listed below:1-The first hypothesis: there had been a statistically significant difference at a significance level of 0.05 between the mean values of undergraduate teachers’ marks in the -measuring and post-measuring for each of the observation card’s skills and for the total mark.2-The second hypothesis: there had been a a statistically significant difference at a significance level of 0.05 between the mean values of undergraduate teachers’ marks in the post-measuring for the total mark of the observation card due to the gender variable (males -females).3-The third hypothesis: there had been a a statistically significant difference at a significance level of 0.05 between the mean values of undergraduate teachers’ marks in the post-measuring for the total mark of the observation card due to the year of study variable teaching training programme?5-Second question: What are the difficulties that had faced practical education supervisors while applying the micro teaching training programme? Based on the above, the study had reached the following results:1-There was a statistically significant difference at a significance level of 0.05 between the performance of undergraduate teachers in the -measuring and post-measuring for each of the observation card’s magnitudes and for the total mark in of the post-measuring due to the efficiency of applying the training programme.2-There was no statistically significant difference between the performance of undergraduate teachers in of the direct post-measuring at the total mark due to the gender variable of the two groups (males -females).3-There was no statistically significant difference between the performance of undergraduate teachers in the direct post students.4-According to research sample’s answers about the survey of the aimed benefit of applying the micro teaching training programme, a positive attitude among undergraduate teachers towards the micro teaching method had appeared at a significance level of 0.05.5-According to supervisors’ answers about the survey of the difficulties that applying the micro teaching programme, it had appeared that the difficulties which are related to the university had been at the head of the answers with an average value of (66.1), the difficulties related to the undergraduate teachers with an average value of (1.39), and finally, the difficulties related to the educational supervisor with an average value of (1.23).Finally, the study had come to some recommendations. The most important recommendations are; to adopt the micro teaching method as one of the methods for qualifying and training teachers in the Faculty of Education at Aleppo University before they go in service. Also, the study recommended that it is necessary to put up a centre for micro teaching in the Faculty of Education at . This centre should be a base for qualifying the students of the Faculty of Education before and during their service
