تطوير النظم الإلكترونية المتكاملة مع التقنيات الرقمية: نموذج تطبيقي على جامعة غرب كردفان

الملخص

المستخلصهدف هذا البحث إلى تقديم مقترحات عملية تتمثل في تطوير النظم الاليكترونية المتكاملة مع التقنيات الرقمية للتعامل مع مصادر المعلومات ، لتيسير سبل إتاحتها للمستفيدين بالسهولة التي تحقق الإفادة الكاملة مع الأخذ في الاعتبار ما يلي:1.إمكانيات الحاسبات الآلية في التخزين والحماية والدقة والإفادة من سرعتها في استرجاع المعلومات وتصفحها.2.إمكانية تقاسم ومشاركة مصادر المعلومات و سهولة تحديثها وإتاحتها بصورة دائمة وعلى مدار الساعة.واتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج التطبيقي في هذه الدراسة.استخدم الباحث في جمعه للمعلومات في هذه الدراسه المصادر والمراجع والبحوث والدوريات والانترنت والمقابلات والملاحـظات والاستبيان والتدريب والتطبيق الميداني بجامعة غرب كردفان.و من أهم النتائج:1.ضرورة التوعية بأهمية المكتبة الرقمية ، وآلية استخدامها ، فضلا عن تقنية المعلومات ، ونشر ذلك كثقافة جديدة لابد منها بين منتسبي الجامعات.2.زيادة كمية المحتوى الرقمي ، وشموليته لجميع الاختصاصات العلمية ، فضلا عن إشاعة ثقافة المعلومات الرقمية.3.قبول وموافقة منتسبي الجامعة لضرورة الاشتراك في المكتبة الرقمية وأهميتها في انجاز البحوث العلمية وتيسير الحصول علي المعلومات.و من أهم التوصيات:1.يجب توفير النصوص الكاملة والمجانية للبحوث والمصادر الرقمية الأخرى ، إذ لازالت نسبة عالية من هذه المصادر في قواعد المعلومات الدولية التي تم الارتباط بها تطلب مبالغ مالية مقابل النص الكامل وهذا يتعارض مع كون المكتبة الرقمية مجانية لمشتركيها ، مع التأكيد ان الصرف على هذه المشاريع العلمية لا يمثل هدرا للأموال بل استثمار لا يتقدمه استثمار آخر.2.من الضروري ان يكون هناك إلزام ضمن فترة منظورة باالاشتراك في المكتبة الرقمية لشرائح الأساتذة ، والموظفين ، وطلبة الدراسات العليا والبكلاريوس. ونقترح مثلا اعتماد الاشتراك في دورة للمكتبة الرقمية والنجاح فيها كإحدى متطلبات التعيين والترقية العلمية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس، وبالنسبة للموظفين لأغراض التعيين والتثبيت والعلاوة والترفيع ، وفيما يخص طلبة الدراسات العليا تكون لأغرض القبول ومنح الشهادة ، وبالنسبة لطلبة البكلاريوس تكون لأغراض قبول بحث التخرج. The aim of this research is to present practical proposals for the adoption Integrated Electronic Systems with Digital Technology of dealing with sources of information, so as to facilitate their accessibility to beneficiaries as easily as possible, taking into account the following:-The ability of computers in storage, protection, accuracy and the benefit of the speed of information retrieval and browsing.-The ability to share sources of information and to be easily updated and make available on a 24-hour basis.The researcher adopted the descriptive analytical methodology in this study. A total of 450 questionnaires were distributed to five different faculties at the university, to ensure the quality of the sample and its representation of all directions. These numbers varied according to the number of faculty members and postgraduate students, graduated students and staff.In this study, the researcher used sources, references, research, periodicals, the Internet, interviews, observations, questionnaires, training and field application at the University of West Kordufan. The most important findings are:1. The necessity of raising awareness about the importance of the digital library, the mechanism of its use, as well as the information technology, and publishing it as a new culture that is necessary among the university employees.2. Increase the amount of digital content, its comprehensiveness of all scientific disciplines, as well as the dissemination of digital information culture.3. Acceptance and approval of university employees for the need to participate in the virtual library, and its importance in the achievement of scientific research and facilitate access to information.The most important recommendations are:1. Full and free texts must be provided for research and other digital resources. A large proportion of these sources in the international databases are still required for full text. This is contrary to the fact that the virtual library is free for its subscribers. Scientific research is not a waste of money, but an investment better than any other investment.2. It is necessary to have a commitment within a foreseeable period of participation in the digital library of the professor’s classes, postgraduate students and bachelor's degrees. We recommend, for example, that participation in a virtual library course be considered as one of the requirements for the appointment and promotion of faculty members, and for staff for recruitment, placement, and promotion.
