الملخص

Dans ce mémoire, nous avons étudié le fonctionnement d’une souffleuse bi-orientée SBO14/20de SIDEL au sein de l’unité de production d’eau de source Nestlé waters Cette machine est destinée au soufflage haute pression d’article en plastique (PET) des bouteilles prêtent au remplissage. Elle peut fonctionner en amont d’une chaine de remplissage ou seule selon le besoin de son exploitant. Notre travail consistait à automatiser une souffleuse SBO14/20. Pour cela, nous avons commencé par une étude fonctionnelle de toute La Machine. Par la suite, nous avons élaboré un modèle Grafcet décrivant le fonctionnement de cette souffleuse. Puis nous avons proposé une solution de commande en logique programmée qui assure son fonctionnement à l’aide du logiciel step7.
