الملخص

مسؤولية الموظف العام عن الفعل الذي يقوم به مقيدة وليست مطلقة ولا تنشأ إلا إذا تجاوز الموظف العام حدود وظيفته، وحدوده في الإطار القانوني من الأفعال التي يرتكبها حتى لا يكون متجاوز لأن كثير من الأفعال المحظورة بموجب النصوص القانونية مدنية كانت أو جنائية حتى لا يتجاوز حدود وظيفته سواء كان هذا التجاوز عن إهمال أو غيره وكانت المسؤولية مدنية أو إدارية أن العديد من الجرائم الجنائية التي يرتكبها الموظف إثناء تأدية واجبة تقع منة نتيجة لتجاوز حدود سلطته وعدم طاعة مرؤوسيه، وتكون حدوده المكانية في كافة التشريعات التي تحكم وتنظم الوظيفة العامة إقليميا ودوليا وحدوده الزمانية في كافة التشريعات الوطنية الصادرة في قانون المعاملات المدنية والجنائية والأنظمة العدلية .Law full from abstract in department accountancyResponsibility of the public the act carried out by the employee within the limits of his job and the limits of the employee in the legal frame work of the act committed so as not to be exceeded because many of the action prohibited by legal text s civilian or criminal so that the Employee does not exceed the limits of his job whether this overriding nag lance or other responsibility was civil or administrative many of the criminal offenses committed by the public's servant during his parents duty fall on him as a result of exceeding his subordinates regionally and its time limits in all legislations issued in the civil and criminal transitions law and the justice crisis
