The study aimed to identify the quality of work life and its role in thedevelopment of administrative creativity in the employees of the Ministry ofAwqaf and Religious Affairs in the southern governorates. Based on thenature of the study and the objectives it seeks to achieve, the researcher useddescriptive analytical methodology and questionnaire to collect data. Thesurvey population consisted of 123 supervisors who had supervising posts atthe Ministry of Awqaf and Religious Affairs. The comprehensive inventorymethod was used to distribute the questionnaire to the entire study population.114 (valid) answers were retrieved for statistical analysis purposes with aresponse rate of (92.7%), Researcher Statistical Analysis Program (SPSS) fordata analysis.The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are :-The level of availability of the quality of work life dimensions in theMinistry of Awqaf and Religious Affairs was medium, with a relative weight(58.1%).- The level of administrative creativity in the Ministry of Awqaf andReligious Affairs came to a medium degree, with a relative weight (62.1%).- There is a statistically significant relationship at the level of significance(α ≤ 0.05) between the quality of work life and administrative creativityamong employees of the Ministry of Awqaf and Religious Affairs.- Effect of statistical significance at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) for thequality of work life on the administrative creativity of the employees of theMinistry of Awqaf and Religious Affairs.- There are no differences due to the personal and functional variablesbetween the estimates of the respondents to the variables of the study, exceptfor differences due to the variable job title on the level of quality of work life.The study presented a number of recommendations,- Enhancing the participation of employees in the Ministry of Awqaf indecision-making and problem solving, by presenting their creative ideas.- developing the prevailing leadership styles adopted by the ministry tosupport the quality of work life.- Supporting the steadfastness of employees, and enhancing their sense ofstability and job security.- Necessity to provide salaries to employees permanently, to ensure a decentlife for them.- Necessity to link the system of rewards and incentives to the performanceand achievement of employees.- Making a mechanism for the detection of creative employees, and work todevelop their administrative and technical capabilities
