الملخص

تناولت الدراسة دور تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة علي تحسين الأداء في المصارف، وهدفت الى التعريف بمفهوم إدارة الجودة الشاملة باعتبارها أحد الأساليب الإدارية الحديثة التي قد تؤثر في مستوى الأداء، وتمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في ان كثير من المنظمات لا تهتم بتطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة مما يفقدها تميزها وحصتها السوقية ، قامت الدراسة باختبار الفرضيات التالية:(هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التزام الإدارة بتطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة ،والتحسين المستمر ، ومشاركة العاملين ، دعم ومساندة الإدارة العليا وبين تحسين الأداء ببنك فيصل الإسلامي) ، استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ،وتوصلت الي ان التزام الإدارة بتطبيق الجودة الشاملة يحسن الأداء ويحقق الميزة التنافسية ببنك فيصل الإسلامي ، وان التحسين المستمر يعمل على زيادة الإنتاج والإرباح المحققة مما يساعد في رفع الكفاءة الإدارية والإِنتاجية بالبنك، كما أنَّ تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة يحقق أثرا ايجابياً علي رضا العاملين ، أوصت الدراسة بضرورة زيادة اهتمام والتزام إدارة المصارف ببرنامج الجودة المحدد سلفًا واهتمام رؤساء الأقسام فيها بمتابعة برنامج الجودة بفاعلية وحث الموظفين على الالتزام به لما له علاقة وطيدة بتحسين الأداء ، وايضاً علي إدارة المصارف السعي للتطوير والتحسين في العمليات المصرفية لتحسين القيمة المقدمة لعملائها ، والتركيز علي العاملين وتدريبهم وتطويرهم وإشعارهم بأنهم ثروة لا يستهان بها وإنهم شركاء في المنظمة ، وعلى الإدارة العليا ايضاً تقديم الدعم والمساندة حتي تتطبق الإبعاد المختلفة للجودة سعيا منها لتحسين الأداء .

The study dealt with the role of the application of total quality management to improve performance in banks, aimed at introducing the concept of total quality management as a modern administrative methods that may affect the level of performance. The study problem is manifested in that many organizations do not care for applying TQM thus losing distinctiveness and share market, the study tested the following hypotheses: (there is a statistically significant relationship between management commitment to the application of total quality management, continuous improvement, and the participation of workers, supporting the senior management and the improved performance of the Faisal Islamic Bank, the study used descriptive and analytical approach, the study and concluded that the administration's commitment to implement the overall quality improves performance and achieve competitive advantage in Faisal Islamic Bank, and continuous improvement works to increase production and profits realized, helping to raise administrative efficiency and productivity Bank, and the application of total quality management to achieve a positive impact on satisfaction of the employees, the study recommended the need to increase interest and the commitment of banks quality management specific program in advance and the interest of department heads where the follow-up quality program effectively urged the staff to observe it because of its close relationship improves performance, also on the banks managing the quest for development and improvement in banking operations to improve the value provided to its customers, and focus on working and training and development, and make them feel that they are a fortune a sizeable and they are partners in the organization, and the senior management also provide support and assistance until stratify different dimensions of quality in an effort to improve performance.
