الملخص

Les ERP (Entreprise Ressource Planning) constituent aujourd’hui la base technologique pour la mise en œuvre effective de la gestion intégrée. Ils sont associés à l’idée d’intégration. Toute l'information nécessaire sur un processus peut être fournie aux différents acteurs, ce qui leur permettra d'interagir en fonction des besoins du client à servir.Cependant, la réussite du projet constitue un challenge pour les organisations. Les projets ERP sont pourvoyeurs de grands changements organisationnels. Repenser l'organisation sur la base des processus revient à redessiner complètement le réseau de relations entre les acteurs organisationnels afin de les responsabiliser et d'accentuer des collaborations jusque-là difficiles à concevoir, voire à redéfinir les rôles des divers acteurs. ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) now form the technological basis for the effective implementation of integrated management. They are associated with the idea of integration, all necessary information on a process can be provided to different players, allowing them to interact with the customer's needs to serve.However the success of the project is a challenge for organizations. ERP projects are suppliers of major organizational changes. Rethinking the organization based on the process returns to completely redesign the network of relationships between organizational stakeholders to empower and enhance collaborations so far difficult to design or even to redefine the roles of various actors
