الملخص

Aujourd’hui les villes ont été influencé par le mouvement de la mondialisation qui a contribue la naissance des métropoles par le phénomène de métropolisation.Une métropole est la ville-mère ou la ville principale d’un pays suivant l’étymologie (mettre signifie mère et polis signifie ville).Une métropole est une ville qui regroupe plusieurs fonctions et activités de haute valeurs(Une puissance économique, politique, culturelle, un lieu de centralité de infrastructure importante…).Prenons le cas de la ville d’Alger, la capitale de notre pays et la ville la plus peuplées, quiets un centre de commandement et de pouvoir et qui dispose diverses infrastructures importantes ce qui lui confère le titre d’une métropole nationale et cela suivant des critères beaucoup plus quantitative que qualitatives, par exemple le journal officiel définie une métropole selon sa taille démographique seulement « une ville qui dépasse 300000 habitant est une métropole), mais si on se réfère à d’autres aspects qualitatifs on se rend compte qu’allènes pas à la hauteur d’une métropole et qu’elle est classée au 150 rang mondialement.De ce fait notre but est de faire accélérer la capitale au rang de métropole internationale et améliorer la compétitivité de la ville , pour cela on a choisi le quartier el Mohammed comme notre cas d'étude vu sa situation stratégique ( une façade maritime) , la variété des vocations on y trouve des équipements a vocation cultuelle : la grande mosquée d’Alger, culturelle et économique : la foire de s'affecte, Ces deux derniers ont déjà un rayonnement international, ainsi commerciale : le centre commerciale d’Ardis, l’affaire représenté par Alger médina, loisir : games …..) , et le quatrième bloc comprend des salle multiplex de cinéma.Ce m'alla dont on a proposé et qui à un rayonnement international va contribuer à la requalification du quartier mais aussi à la démarche du métropolisation de la ville et il peut être un élément de repère tel que la grande mosquée .
