الملخص

objective of this study is to determine the pro-oxidant dose of vitamin E, as well as the effects of its supplementation at increasing doses (700,900,1000,1000,1050,1100 and 1200 mgofalpha-tocopherol(α-T)/kg feed) by measuring protein content and some oxidative stress parameters ( malondialdehyde level),and renal tissue histology in Albino NMRI strain.At the end of this study, the main results obtained reveal a non-significant increase in protein in the enzymatic activity of the ,accompanied by a non-significant decrease in MDA level, concerning the batch supplemented with 700 mg α-T/kg feed compared to the control.On the other hand, for batches supplemented with 900,1000,1050,1100,1150, 1150 and 1200 mg of α-T /Kg of food, we noted a significant increase in the MDA level,and a significant decrease in protein and to the control; this shows that there was an imbalance in the oxidant/antioxidant balance because α-T at these doses did not act as an antioxidant but rather as a pro-oxidant () La présente étude a pour objectif de déterminer la dose pro-oxydante de la vitamine E, ainsi que les effets de sa supplémentation à doses croissantes (700,900,1000,1050,1100 et 1200 mgd’alpha-tocophérol(α-T)/kg d’aliment) par la mesurée teneur en protéines et quelques paramètres du stress oxydatif (l’activité de la taux en malondialdéhyde),et l'histologie du tissu rénal chez des souris Albinos de souche NMRI.Au terme de cette étude, les principaux résultats obtenus révèlent une augmentation non significative de la teneur en protéines et de l’activité enzymatique de la catalase,accompagnée d’une diminution non significative du taux en MDA, concernant le lot supplémenté en700 mg d’α-T/kg d’aliment par rapport au témoin.Par contre,nous avons noté pour les lots supplémentés en 900,1000,1050,1100, 1150 et1200 mg d’α-T/Kg d’aliment, une augmentation significative du taux enMDA,et une diminution significative des protéines été la catalase par rapport au témoin; ceci montre qu'il y a eu un déséquilibre de la balance oxydante/antioxydante au fait que l’α-T à ces doses n’a pas agi en tant qu’antioxydant mais plutôt en tant que pro-oxydant.Enfin, l'étude histologique des reins n’a fait que confirmer l’ensemble de ces résultats

الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو تحديد الجرعة المضادة للأكسدة للفيتامين هـ ،بالإضافة الى آثاره على جرعات متزايدة )1200،1150،1100،1050،1000،900،700مغ من ألفا توكوفيرول α-T)(/كغ من الغذاء(عن طريق قياس نسبة البروتينات و بعض معالم الاجهاد التأكسدي )نشاط الكاتالازو نسبة malonaldéhyde(بالإضافة الى دراسة الأنسجة الكلوية عند الفئران Albinosمن سلالة NMRI.في نهاية هذه الدراسة، بينت النتائج الرئيسية التي تم الحصول عليها عن زيادة غير معتبرة في نسبة البروتينات والنشاط الانزيمي لCATمصحوبا بانخفاض غير معتبر في مستوى MDA، وهذا فيما يتعلق بالمجموعة المكملة ب 700مغ α-T/كغ من الغذاء مقارنة بمجموعة الشاهد.من ناحية أخرى، لاحظنا بالنسبة للمجموعات المكملة ب 1200،1150،1100،1050،1000،900مغ α-T/ كغ من الغذاء، زيادة معتبرة في مستوى MDA،وتناقص معتبر في البروتيناتو CATمقارنة بمجموعة الشاهد، مما يدل على أنه هناك خلل في توازن المؤكسد/مضاد الأكسدة لأن α-Tفي هذه الجرعات لم يعمل كمضاد للأكسدة بل كدافع للأكسدة.
