الملخص

L’analyse des données concernant les infractions touchant les forêts de Bouira ces dernières années révèlent qu’elle sont subi des agressions multiples et nuisibles. Parmi les délits on en dénombre les défrichements, les plantations, les labours et les coupes illicites.Plus particulièrement les feux de forêtsdontl’analysespatio-temporellemontrequel’année2012étaitl’annéelaplusravageusepour les différents cantons de Bouira.Selon l’évaluation des conséquences des délits affectant les différents cantons de Bouira, il ressort que des centaines d’hectares de forêts ont disparu à cause des défrichements et des plantations illicites ou se sont transformés en buisson sou en maquis à cause des incendies répétés. Ce processus de dégradation des forêts et l’environnement en général risque de ne pas s’arrêter de sitôt si des mesures juridiques dissuasives, des moyens humains et matériels adéquats ne sont pas pris en charge en urgence.

The analysis of the data on the transgressions affecting Bouira forests in recent years reveals that the latter have suffered multiple and harmful assaults.Among the aggressions are the clearing, planting, plowing and illegal cutting.In particular, forest fires, whose spatio-temporal analysis shows that the year 2012 was the most devastating year for the various cantons of Bouira.According to the assessment of the conséquences of the transgressions that affected the various cantons of Bouira, it appears that hundreds of hectares of forests have disappeared due to illegal planting or turned into bushes and scrub because of the frequent fires. The degradation of forests and the environment,in general,is increasing dramatically, and if restrictive laws are not enacted and adequate human resources and material means aren’t provided to protect them, the cantons of Bouira will turn into barren land
