Dans un marché dynamique et concurrentiel, la performance est devenue importante pour toutes les entreprises, y compris dans l’artisanat. L’artisanat joue un rôle important dans l’économie locale de Tizi-Ouzou, en Algérie.Suite à ce qui précède, nous avons entamé une recherche sur outils managériaux utilisés par les artisans pour améliorer la performance d’une entreprise artisanale en se concentrant sur le cas pratique de la chambre de l’artisanat et des métiers (CAM) de Tizi-Ouzou. La recherche analyse le rôle de la CAM dans le soutien et le développement des compétences managériales des artisans locaux. Elle met en lumière les efforts de la CAM visant à améliorer la qualité des produits et répondre aux attentes des artisans.Pour enrichir cette analyse, des entretiens ont été menés avec deux couturières de régions différentes. L’étude compare les approches managériales de ces artisanes, notamment dans la qualité du travail, les relations avec les clients et l'adaptation aux évolutions du marché.

In a dynamic and competitive market, performance has become important for all businesses, including the craft sector. The craft sector plays an important role in the local economy of Tizi-Ouzou, Algeria. Following the above, we have started research on managerial tools used by craftsmen to improve the performance of an artisanal business by focusing on the practical case of the chamber of crafts and trades (CAM) in Tizi-Ouzou. The research analyses the role of CAM in supporting and developing the managerial skills of local craftsmen. It highlights the CAM’s efforts to improve product quality and meet the expectations of artisans. To enrich this analysis, interviews were conducted with two seamstresses from different regions. The study compares the managerial approaches of these craft enterprises, particularly in terms of quality of work, relations with clients and adaptation to market changes.
