الملخص

Cette recherche, qui fait partie du projet de fin de cours pour l’obtention du diplôme de master en Optimisation et Modernisation des Entreprises MOME , porte sur l’étude du projet de traitement et de transformation des produits forestiers non ligneux au gouvernorat de Bizerte, à savoir l’extraction des huiles essentielles et végétales réputées pour leurs propriétés médicinales et médicinales et leur promotion sur le marché local et international. Ces produits sont connus par une demande croissante dans le monde entier mais ils sont en revanche très compétitifs surtout avec leur émergence dans les pays asiatiques et leur qualité est étroitement très surveillée. Au cours de cette étude, j’ai étudié le marché tunisien, réputé pour sa reprise dans ce domaine, même il reste encore souvent tributaire des méthodes traditionnelles de traitement de ces produits et de la divergence des voies de production et de distribution. La faisabilité technique et financière du projet repose sur la bonne utilisation de la richesse végétale de la région de Bizerte, caractérisée par une production abondante d'Al-Tharu et d'Al-Reihan, ce qui confère à la société une capacité de production considérable et nécessite d’investir dans ce domaine via l'acquisition des méthodes modernes de traitement d'Al-Tharu et d'Al-Reihan pour assurer la réalisation d’une bonne qualité, nous avons enregistré relativement un coût élevé dans ce projet, mais nous serons en mesure de le couvrir pour atteindre la rentabilité demandé après la phase lancement de nos produits.

This research, which is part of the end-of-course project for obtaining a master's degree in Optimization and Modernization of MOME Enterprises, focuses on the study of the treatment and transformation project of non-timber forest products in the of Bizerte, namely the extraction of essential and vegetable oils known for their medicinal and medicinal properties and their promotion on the local and international market.These products are known by a growing demand all over the world but they are on the other hand very competitive especially with their emergence in the Asian countries and their quality today is closely watched.During this study, I studied the Tunisian market, reputed for its recovery in this field, even it is still often dependent on the traditional methods of treatment of these products and the divergence of the production and distribution channels. The technical and financial feasibility of the project is based on the good use of the vegetable wealth of the Bizerte region, characterized by abundant production of Al-Tharu and Al-Reihan, which gives the company a considerable production capacity and requires investing in this area through the acquisition of modern processing methods of Al-Tharu and Al-Reihan to ensure the achievement of good quality, we have recorded relatively high cost in this project, but we will be able to cover it to achieve the required profitability after the launch phase of our products.
