The purpose of this study is to identify the reality of networking between theMinistry of Health and the health NGOs in the Gaza Strip, as well as identifyingthe quality of health services in the MoH , and then examine the relationship ofnetworking between the Palestinian Ministry of Health and health NGOs AndQuality of Health Service - Gaza Strip.To achieve the objectives of the study, the questionnaire was developed to gatherthe necessary data, the study population consisted of (1479) Employees in theMinistry of Health (Head of Division, Head of Department, Director ofDepartment, Director of Unit and above). The study sample consisted of (330)employees male and female. The researcher used a Stratified stratification randomsample.The study results:- The reality of networking between the Palestinian Ministry of Health and thehealth NGOs in the Gaza Strip was medium degree, with a relative weight of56.50%. The use of technology as a mean of communication in collectingand sharing information was ranked first with a relative weight of 58.84%and human resources ranked last with a relative weight (53.64%).- The level of quality of health service was found to be high with a relativeweight (64.74%).- There is a statistically significant relationship between networking betweenthe Palestinian Ministry of Health and the health NGOs in the Gaza Strip,and the quality of health service, where the coefficient of correlation was0.730.- The study showed that the dimensions of networking (human resources,financial resources, use of technology and means of communication incollecting and sharing information) have an impact on the quality of healthservice and(Strategic Planning)has been excluded for its weak impact.- There were no statistically significant differences in the answers of therespondents' concerning networking between the Palestinian Ministry ofHealth and the health NGOs due to (gender, age group, years of experience),while there were differences due to job title for the unit manager and above.- There were no statistically significant differences in the answers of therespondents' concerning about the quality of the health service due to(gender, age group, years of experience), while differences were foundacademic qualification and in favour of the holders of Bachelor degree therewere differences due to job title in favour of unit manager and above.The main recommendations are as follows:-Implementation of training programs and workshops to raise the cognitive levelof networking concept and cooperation between the Ministry of Health and healthNGOs.- Laying the foundations for joint work and preparing a strategic plan of interestbetween the Ministry of Health and health NGOs.- The establishment of a strategic relationship based on the integration of rolesaccording to the strategic vision shared between the Ministry of Health and healthNGOs.- Establish control over programs ,projects and activities of the joint work betweenthe Ministry of Health and health NGOs to assess the volume of expenditures inthe Ministry of Health.- Technology investment to meet the requirements of the networking process in themeans of communication to exchange information and experiences between theMinistry of Health and health NGOs.- Establishing the concept of "human is the wealth of civilized countries" throughthe rapid response to the beneficiary complaint with the evaluation and attentionand to respond at beneficiary inquiries.
