الملخص

Le but de ce travail était d’étudier l’activité antibactérienne d’huile essentielle extraite à partir des feuilles d’Artemisia herba alba. et pour valoriser cette espece, on l’a comparait avec deux autres espèces qui sont le thymus ciliatus ssp mombianus et le rosmarinus tournefoutrii.L’extraction d’huile essentielle qui à été réalisé par la méthode d’hydro-distillation a donné un rendement de 1% pour cette espèce, 3.16% pour le thym et 0.76% pour le romarin.L’optimisation de la méthode de diffusion sur disque pour évaluer l’activité antibactérienne Nous a permit d’avoir un tapis bactérien plus homogène. L’armoise blanche a présenté une activité inhibitrice très prononcé contre les bactéries gram positif (streptocoques) que les bactéries gram négatif (Escherichia coli).La valeur du rendement en huile essentielle de la partie aérienne de l’armoise blanche est conforme aux normes AFNOR.L’huile essentielle de cette espèce ; peuvent être utilisé comme base dans la préparation des composants de lutte biologique (insecticides, fongicides) et ainsi dans autres domaines pharmaceutique, cosmétique, thérapeutique et médicinale.

The aim of this study was to investigate the antibacterial activity of the essential oil extracted from the leaves of Artemisia herba Alba.The extraction of essential oil that has been created by hydro-distillation method gave a yield of 1% for this species, 3.16% for the thyme and 0.76% for the rosemary.Optimizing the disk diffusion method to evaluate the antibacterial activity has allowed us to have a more homogeneous bacterial lawn. The sagebrush presented a very strong inhibitory activity against gram-positive bacteria (Streptococcus) and gram-negative bacteria (Escherichia coli).The essential oil yield of the value of the aerial part of sagebrush meets the standards of the French Association for Standardization. The essential oil of this species; can be used as a basis in the preparation of biological control components (insecticides, fungicides) and so in other pharmaceutical, cosmetic, therapeutic and medicinal. الهدف من هذا العمل هو دراسة النشاط المضاد للبكتيريا من الزيت العطري المستخرج من أوراق الشيح .بالنسبة للمردود فان كمية الزيت العطري المستخلص عن طريق التقطير المائي كانت تمثل نسبة 1٪للشيح , 6.13٪فيما يخص الزعتر و 6..3 ٪بالنسبة لإكليل الجبل. الاستفادة المثلى من طريقة النشر على القرص لتقييم نشاط مضاد للجراثيم سمحت لنا أن تتكون طبقة بكتيرية أكثر تجانسا. قدمت نبتة الشيح نشاط كابح قوي جدا ضد البكتيريا الإيجابية (العقديات) والبكتريا السالبة (الإشريكية القولونية). قيمة انتاج الزيوت الأساسية المستخرجة من الجزء الجوي من نبتة الشيح يتوافق مع معايير الجمعية الفرنسية للتوحيد القياسي الزيت الأساسي لنبتة الشيح ؛ يمكن استخدامه كأساس في إعداد مكونات المكافحة الحيوية (المبيدات الحشرية ومبيدات الفطريات)، وبالتالي في الأدوية الأخرى، والمستحضرات التجميلية والعلاجية والطبية.
