ترجمة الملخص

This research is aimed at studying some contemporary issues which are highly related to the objectives of protecting progeny/ lineage. Although the topic of the subject matter has been discussed and studied in jurisprudence doctrine books، but it is still a virgin in its Maqasid perspective ،and under the light of western organizations` resolutions. As a result the topic “CONTEMPORARY ISSUES RELATED TO OBJECTIVES OF PROGENY” is chosen by the researcher. This research also aims at highlighting the methods of protecting lineage in Islamic legal system, and explained the role of western organizations and personalities in promoting birth control, via using camouflaging methods i.e humanitarian and health services to their victims. The researcher also discussed the effects of cairo and Beijing conferences on progeny, i.e conference on development and population 1994, and woman conference 1995 respectively ,where new terminologies were concocted such as: reproductive rights,safe sex and cohabitation right .Moreover, this research also aimed at studying effects of modern reproductive technologies and weapons of mass destruction and their effects on progeny. The study also affirmed and confirmed the relationship between economic growth and human resources ,never the less western world insisted on Islamic world to control their birth rate,while they are suffering the consequences of adopting and legalizing birth control and reproductive rights.To conclude,its necessary to protect progeny by encouraging legal marriage, for there is nothing to substitute it. Islam rejects the idea of birth control and encourages giving birth to productive children. ‌‌‌‌‌‌‌
