الملخص

Les activités industrielles y compris celles du secteur agroalimentaire génèrent de grandes quantités de déchets solides, gazeux et effluents liquides peuvent avoir un impact sur l'environnement et la santé humaine. Une politique environnementale s’impose pour une meilleure gestion de cette problématique. Le présent travail représente une contribution dans la gestion de cette problématique par l’établissement d’un état des lieux sur les rejets liquides générés par les industriels du secteur agroalimentaire de la ville de Blida, le rôle des entreprises et les services habilités dans la gestion de cette thématique. Une enquête a été faite auprès de certains industriels, la direction du commerce et la direction d’environnement de la Wilaya de Blida. Nos résultats ont révélé que les deux exemples d'entreprises que nous avons sollicitées ont un respect relatif de l'environnement. Cependant, les déchets liquides produits et le peu d'intérêt porté à leur valorisation restent une source de pollution et peuvent entraîner des impacts négatifs sur l'environnement () Industrial activities, including those in the agri-food sector, generate large quantities of solid, gaseous and liquid waste that can have an impact on the environment and human health.An environmental policy is needed for abetter management of this problem.The present work represents a contribution in the management of this problem by establishing an inventory that is generated by the industrialists of the agri-food sector city of Blida,the role of the companies and the in the management of this theme.A survey was carried out among certain industrialists, the Trade Directorate and the Environmental Inspectorate of the Wilaya de Blida. Our results revealed that the two examples of companies that we solicited have a relative respect for the environment. However, the liquid waste produced and the little interest in its recovery stays a source of pollution and can lead to negative impacts on the environment
