The study aims at identifying the role of strategic leadership in strengthen the workersof ministry of interior- the civil stream in the governorates of Gaza strip The researchpopulation Consists of the supervision jobs ,Head of Division until the under secretaryof the ministry, who are (214) employees in the ministry of interior –the civil stream inGaza strip .The researcher used the analytical and description curriculum. The researchmodel depends on the comprehensive search for the members of the study populationfrom all the workers in the supervision jobs in the ministry of interior the civil streamwho are (214) employees .The researcher designed the study tool as a questionnaire which consists of (60)paragraphs divided into 5 streams ,and used the Programme of static analysis (SPSS) .The study showed the following results :- the level of the role of the strategic leadership in the ministry of interior-the civilstream in Gaza strip was in a relative weight of (%68.29), while the level of strengthenthe employees in the ministry – the civil stream in Gaza strip in a relative weight(%67.40).-There is relation with statically significant in level (α≥.0.0( between the role of thestrategic leadership and strengthen the employees of ministry of interior – the civilstream in Gaza.-There is a middle percentage in reinforcing the employees (%59.29).The study recommended :- Reinforcing the practices of strategic leadership in ministry of interior- the civilstream in Gaza strip.- Reinforcing the employees of ministry of interior – the civil stream in Gaza strip .- Reinforcing the employees through different ways and rewarding the employees withhigh estimates .- Working on investing on the strategic abilities in ministry of interior - the civilstream in Gaza strip
