الملخص

Dans le cadre de ce mémoire nous nous sommes intéressés à l’élaboration nanocomposants.La morphologie et les groupements fonctionnels des matériaux résultants ont été examinés par diffraction des rayons X (DRX), spectroscopie infrarouge à transformée de fourrier(IRTF), microscopie électronique à balayage (MEB). La diffraction des rayons X a montré que des structures exfoliées ont été obtenues avec la choisit 30B pour tous . La microscopie électronique à balayage a indiqué que tous les mélangesPHBV/PCL étaient non-miscibles. La présence de panachage (choisit 30B) a la compatibilité des mélanges PHBV/PCL provoquant une amélioration des propriétés mécaniques () As part of this report, we focused on the development and characterization of PHBV/PCL mixtures in the presence of clay. The different mixtures studied (PHBV/PCL, PHBV/nanocharge, PCL/nanocharge, PHBV/PCL/nanocharge) were prepared in the molten state by extrusion. A polar charge (cloisite 30B) was used in the preparation of .The morphology and of the resulting materials were examined by X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM).X-ray diffraction showed that exfoliated structures were obtained with Closite 30B for all . Scanning electron microscopy indicated that all PHBV / PCL mixtures were immiscible.The presence of nanofiller (closite 30B) has compatibility of the PHBV / PCL mixtures, which improves the mechanical properties.
