الملخص

Notre travail porte sur la recherche de l’évaluation de l’effet allopathique des extraits par broyage et macération des organes aériennes et racinaires sèches de radis ravenelle (Raph anus raphanistrum) sur la germination et la croissance de blé dur (Tritium durum). Cet effet est exercé par des substances allopathique présentes dans les organes aériennes plus que dans la partie racinaire. Les résultats obtenus ont révélé que les extraits de cet adventice ont un effet négatif sur le taux de germination, et la longueur des hypostyles et la longueur des radicelles et la biomasse fraîche et sèche des plantules de blé dur. Cette variation d’effet et en fonction des concentrations des extraits qui le taux d’inhibition était augmenté par l’augmentation de la concentration d’extrait. Cet effet affecte la faculté germinative le taux de réduction entre 15.78% et 28.94% pour une solution concentré à 75% et 100 % de l’extrait de la partie aérienne, la longueur des radicelles et les hypostyles le taux de réduction varient entre 19.22% et 46% pour la longueur des radicelles et 20.06% et 42.21% pour la longueur des hypostyles, alors qu’il varie entre 7.57% et 18.67% pour la biomasse fraîche et 26.05% et 30.51% pour la biomasse sèche de ces organes ( Our work relates to the research of the evaluation of the allelopathic effect of extracts by grinding and by maceration of the dry aerial and root organs of ravanelleradish (Raphanus raphanistrum) on the gemination and the growth of durum wheat (Triticumdurum). This effect is exerted by allelopathic substances present in the aerial organs more than in the root part. The results obtained revealed that the extracts of this weed have an effect on the rate of germination, and the length of hypocotyls and thelength of rootlets and the fresh and dry biomass of the durum wheat seedling. This variation in effect and depending on the concentrations of the extracts, the rate of inhibition was increased by increasing the concentration of extract. This effect affects the germination faculty the reduction rate between 15.78% and 28.94% for 75% and 100% of the extract from the aerial part, the length of the rootlets and hypocotyls the reduction rate varies between 19.22% and 46% | for the length of the rootlets is 20.06% and 42.21% for the length of the hypocotyls, while it vanishes between 7.57% and 18.67% for the fresh biomass and 26.05% and 30.51% for the dry biomass of these organs.
