ترجمة الملخص

The study examined the subject of electoral systems and their impact on the civil rights and freedoms of individuals, the study relied on two methodologies; descriptive analysis and comparative approaches in examining electoral systems among disparate systems and their effect of the civil rights and freedoms of individuals. The study is divided into two chapters, where the first chapter deals with the subject of the influence of electoral systems on the civilian and political rights and freedoms, were divided chapter into two sections, the First section discussed the impact of electoral systems on the civic rights and freedoms of individuals, while the second heighted the impact of electoral systems on the political rights and freedoms of individuals. The second chapter, titled the influence of electoral systems on the individuals economic, social and cultural rights and freedoms. The Chapter came into two sections, where the first section entitled , the impact of electoral systems on individuals cultural, social rights and freedoms while the second section discussed the impact of electoral systems on the economic rights and freedoms of individuals. By the end of the thesis, the researcher, concluded that the outcome of that electoral systems multiple and different, and through the advantages and disadvantages enjoyed by every system of these systems, affect directly and indirectly on the rights and freedoms of individuals, public , either indirect effect is the result of the close link between all human and freedoms of individuals, civil, political, cultural, social and economic , are also shown for the researcher that the electoral systems and multiple disparate impact negatively and positively on the rights and freedoms of individuals public . The researcher finds and confirms the importance of the electoral system on the recent life of the state of Palestine, in terms of political, economic, social and cultural rights, and is considered the electoral system gate that must be a good selection of its key if they are to the Palestinian people out of the troubled reality in which they live.
