الملخص

Un semi-conducteur est un matériau qui a les caractéristiques électriques d'un isolant, maispour lequel la probabilité qu'un électron puisse contribuer à un courant électrique, quoiquefaible, est suffisamment importante.Compte tenu des obstacles auxquels les chercheurs sont confrontés dans tous les semiconducteurs inorganiques considérés comme des matériaux non renouvelables et leurs misesen œuvre est coûteuse ainsi que la classe des polymére a le probléme majeur d'ou sesméthodes de purifications est couteux. Le but de ce travail est la synthèse de nouvelles sources d’électricité qui est représentées parles semi-conducteurs organiques de type petites molécules ; afin d'atteindre cet objectif, nousavons dû passer par chacune des réactions de Williamson, l’hydrolyse et la condensationjusqu'à ce que nous puissions aborder la catégorie des molécules “Imines” ou plutôt “Base deSchiff” L’analyse spectrale infrarouge a été réalisée avec un appareil “ bruker” elle a donnée desrésultats concluants.Ces compsés peuvent avoir des applications en médecine , en industrie et ainsi dans ledomaine du traitement des eaux.

In view of the obstacles that researchers face in each of inorganic semiconductors hou has considered to be nonrenewable materials and their implementation is expensive as well as the polymer class has the major problem of its purification methods are expensive The aim of this work is the synthesis of new sources of electricity which are represented by organic semiconductors of the small molecule type; in order to achieve this goal, we had to go through each of the Williamson reactions, hydrolysis and condensation until we could tackle the category of molecules "Imines" or rather "Schiff's base" . The infrared spectral analysis was carried out with a “bruker” device that gave conclusive results.
