And the Libyan Federation of Physical Strength The researcher reached the following conclusions:2-The values of some kinematic properties (vertical distance, vertical displacement, total displacement, vertical velocity, total velocity) for the movement path of the two-hole lifting skill of my weight (59 kg) (66 kg) under study were reached during the selected time moments (performance stages) , which are (The moment of beginning of the pull of the weight, the moment the bar crosses the knee, the moment of full extension and stability). 1-The values of some angular kinematic properties (angles variables for the torso joint, angular variables for the knee joint) for the movement path of the skill of lifting the two holes with my weight (59 kg) (66 kg) under study during the selected time moments.3-The superiority of the international quartet in the averages of the kinematic characteristics (vertical distance, vertical displacement, total displacement, vertical velocity, total velocity) for the movement path of the skill of lifting the two holes in my weight (59 kg) and (66 kg) under investigation in the weight and in the specific anatomical points (head, shoulder) Left, right shoulder, left elbow, right elbow, torso, left knee, right knee, left wrist, right wrist) under investigation, compared to the local quadrilaterals.4-The superiority of the international quartet in the averages of the kinematic characteristics (vertical distance, vertical displacement, total displacement, vertical velocity, total velocity) of the movement path of the hoisting skill of the two holes in my weight (59 kg) and (66 kg) in question, where its value was higher in the two (pull start) moments Weight, bar crossing the knee) compared to the local quadruplets, in contrast to the third moment (full extension and stability) its value is lower for the international quadruplets and its value is higher for the local quadruplets. to the joints of the body and do not allow the weight to control them and their body parts.5-The average results of the variables of the hinge angles "torso -knee" have a higher value for the international quadruplets in the two moments (beginning of pulling the weight, crossing the bar the knee) compared to the local quadruplets, but in the third moment (full extension and stability) its value is lower for the international quadruplets and higher for the local quadruplets This is because the international quadruple can at the moment of full extension and stability be more stable and distinguished in bearing the weight compared to the local quadruple
