The study aimed to examine the relationship between organization commitment and jobperformance among workers in the military medical services in Gaza Strip. The sampleconsist of all workers (195 participants) in military medical services who have two or morejob performance and the response rate was 95%. The researcher used self-administeredquestionnaire for data collection and the currently in use job performance sheet in militarymedical services in Gaza Strip.. The result showed that there is high level of organizationcommitment among workers in the military medical services in Gaza Strip in all domains.Also there is high level of job performance among workers in the military medical servicesin Gaza Strip. In addition the result showed that there is a significant relationship betweenorganization commitment and job performance among workers in the military medicalservices in Gaza Strip. The study recommended that, the directorate of military medicalservices administration in the Gaza Strip should focus and pay attention about the importantof organizational commitment and it is impact on job performance. Also continue tostrengthen the relations between workers in the military medical services and their leadersto enhance level of organizational commitment. In addition, there is a need for incentivesand motivations for the workers in military medical services to enhance job performance.
