الملخص

L’objectif de notre travail consiste à faire une étude thermodynamique qui des bilans énergétiques puis calculer les rendement des fours tubulaire de l’ catalytique U200 de la raffinerie d’Alger ainsi une comparaison dans les deux cas design et actuel.Et pour cela, nous avons effectué une simulation à l'aide du logiciel hysys et le calcul le plus complexe des Installations.Les résultats obtenus montrent que le rendement du four dans les conditions actuelles reste faible par rapport au rendement exigé par le constructeur. () The objective of our work is to conduct a thermodynamic study which enables us for the establishment of energy balances and then calculate the yields of the tubular furnaces of the U200 catalytic reforming unit of the refinery of Algiers thus a comparison in both cases design and current. To do this, we performed a simulation using the hysys software, which facilitates the establishment and the most complex calculation of the installations. The results obtained show that the efficiency of the furnace under the current conditions remains low compared to the efficiency demanded by the manufacturer.
