الملخص

تتناول هذه الدراسة الموسومة : الجوانب الحضارية لمدينة الكوفة من خلال كتاب اخبار القضاة لوكيع “ت:306/918م” دراسة تاريخية” الخوض في تاريخ مدينة عريقة كان لها بصماتها الواضحة في خدمة التراث العربي الاسلامي وأسهمت بجدية واضحة في تطوره. وتحاول الدراسة أن تجعل من كتاب ” أخبار القضاة ” للقاضي وكيع المنطلق لرصد تلك الجوانب والأصول الحضارية لمدينة الكوفة ، وعلى الرغم من المعنى الظاهر لعنوان كتاب وكيع وكونه مختص بـ “اخبار القضاة” الا انه يمثل موسوعة علمية مهمة تناولت مختلف جوانب الحياة في مدينة الكوفة فضلا عن بقية المدن الآخرى وبنسب متفاوتة. وقد ضم الكتاب روايات عديدة لم يسبق أنْ وظفت توظيفا سليما في الدراسات العلمية السابقة التي كتبت عن مدينة الكوفة ، إذ جاء الكتاب محملاً بتساؤلات واستفتاءات لمشاكل وقضايا اجتماعية عديدة كانت تدور أحداثها في داخل مجتمع الكوفة ، ولكنها لم تعرض بصورة صحيحة حتى تمكننا من فهم واقع الحياة في تلك المدينة العريقة وطبيعة تركيبة مجتمعها والعلاقات والروابط بين أفراد مجتمعها .وقدم لنا المؤلف روايات في غاية الأهمية والخصوصية حول الأحوال العامة في مدينة الكوفة من ناحية تركيبة المجتمع وجوانب من الأحوال الاقتصادية والعلمية ووصف يكاد يكون شامل لكل قضاة الكوفة ممن عملوا بهذا المنصب المهم والحساس ، وإنْ كان قد أغفل ذكر بعضا منهم.والشيء المميز في كتاب ” أخبار القضاة ” أنه انفرد بأخبار عن القضاء وأحوال القضاة في مدينة الكوفة ، لم نجد لها ذكر في باقي المصادر الاخرى التي بحثنا فيها ، إذ أنْ الكتاب كان قد رصد الكثير من المشاكل التي كان يعاني منها المجتمع الكوفي ، مثل حالات الطلاق ، والقتل ، والبيع والشراء وكافة المعاملات التجارية ، وأعطانا لمحات جميلة عن واقع الحياة العلمية في مدينة الكوفة .والذي شجعنا على الخوض في هذا الموضوع هو الأهمية الكبيرة لمدينة الكوفة وما قدمته في سبيل دعم وتطور الحضارة العربية الاسلامية ، لكون أنْ وكيع كان قد قدم لنا مادة علمية تسمح لنا في تتبع تلك الجهود وخاصة الجانب العلمي وما قدمه من معلومات عن طبيعة الحياة العلمية في المدينة وحركة ونشاط علمائها وما بذلوه من مجهودات علمية يشار لها بالبنان ، وكذلك في الجانب الاداري وما بذله قضاة الكوفة، سواء في علاقتهم مع السلطة، أو ما ابدوه من مجهودات كبيرة في سبيل ادارة منصب القاضي سواء داخل مدينتهم ، او في باقي المدن الأخرى التي كلفوا بها.

1. Kufa establishment in the seventh Hijri century formed a beginning for a new stage in the Arab Muslims history. Therefore, beside its being the second city that Muslims built outside Arab Peninsula, it was a land for meeting of civilization and an inspiration source for development and progress. 2.The prophet’s followers who headed to Kufa as liberators and then as settlers had the biggest favour in putting sound bases to Kufa scientific school. This had the greatest influence in changing the new city from the warlike military nature to the cultural civilian nature. 3. The complex nature and structure of Kufa community was always present in minds of authority people. This evoked them to deal with Kufa and its people with great interest and always try to choose the qualified men to administrate Kufa and to manage its people issues. 4.Kufa and Kufis had the brilliant and prominent presence in managing the Arab Islamic state or through their relation or closeness to the authority men represented by caliphs, rulers, and others. 5.The judge Wakea’ succeeded in presenting significant scientific material about Kufa city that tackled the various, economic, scientific, and administrative life. Thus, through following judges’ news by their nomination and dethroning, he was giving us information that deal with these aspects. 6.Despite the great effort that Wakea’ spent in following up the judges’ news of Arab Islamic state, he ignored mentioning many figures how they had been nominated the judge position whether they were Kufis or men from other Islamic cities. So, researchers should take this in consideration and worked with recantation on Wakea’s book to show judges’ news that Wakea; ignored them, and this is what we mentioned in our thesis concerning Kufa judges. 7. Kufa judges and other scientists whom Wakea; mentioned in his book had the prominent advanced role side by side with the Basri brothers in putting first bases to Baghdad scientific school. That took place after bringing most of them by Abbasid caliphs. 8. Through Wakea’ narratives, it was clarified that most Kufi scientists were professionals and had respected conduct. They had honorable stands towards judges that revealed their personal’s strength and without pleasantry against right saying. 9.Ways of opposing Kufa judges varied. Thus it was direct from the caliph himself and other times, the matter is attributed to rulers. 10.There were many reasons behind dethroning processes that included Kufi judges. Therefore, some of them related to the judge himself and others were due to the snitching , while other were because of the sectarian doctrine malice. 11.Wakea’ referred to an important phenomenon represented by refusal of nomination the opposition or exemption of it. So, we noticed that some Kufi judges did not do that due to many reasons like fear of committing injustice or dread, of the position, or afraid of getting the public hate that cautiously dealt with the position owner.
