الملخص

Le système de management intégré est un système qui fédère trois (03) systèmes de management à savoir le système de management de la qualité, celui de la santé et sécurité au travail et celui de l’environnement respectivement régis par les normes ISO 9001, ISO 45001/ OHSAS-BS 18001 et ISO 14001.Plusieurs raisons poussent les entreprises à mettre en place un système de management intégré parmi lesquels figurent l’unicité du système documentaire, l’élimination des décisions et objectifs contradictoires et la satisfaction simultanée aux exigences des parties intéressées.La performance d’un système de management intégré est à la fois économique, financière, sociale, sociétale et environnementale. Elle s’évalue au moyen d’indicateurs de performance.L’audit des systèmes de management est régi par la norme ISO 19011 intitulée « lignes directrices pour l’audit des systèmes de management ».Un système de management intégré, bien élaboré, conduit l’entreprise qui la met en place à une amélioration continue de ses performances globales.

The integrated management system is a system that unites three(03) management systems, namely the quality management system, that of health and safety at work and that of the environment respectively governed by ISO 9001, ISO 45001 / OHSAS-BS 18001 and ISO 14001. Several reasons push companies to set up an integrated management system which include the uniqueness of the documentary system, the elimination of contradictory decisions and objectives and the simultaneous satisfaction of the requirements of the interested parties. The performance of an integrated management system is economic, financial, social, societal and environmental. It is assessed using performance indicators. The audit of management systems is governed by the ISO 19011 standard entitled "Guidelines for the audit of management systems". A well-developed integrated management system leads the company, which sets it up, to continuously improve its overall performance.
