Tuberaria Lignosa: Extraction des substances naturelles et étude bactériologique Approche statistique des études antérieures à travers une interprétation géométrique

الملخص

Dans le cadre de la valorisation du potentiel médicinale des plantes algériennes nous nous sommes intéressés à l'étude d'une plante appartenant au genre Tuberaria Lignosa de la famille Cistaceae. Cette plante a été récoltée à Azazga (Tizi-Ouzou). Le rendement d'extraction de l'huile essentielle effectuée par hydrodistillation est très faible justifiant l'absence d'étude sur cet extrait. L'effet bactériologique de l'extrait de décoction, examiné par la méthode de l'anse calibrée révèle l'absence totale de germe. L'approche statistique par l'application de l'ACP sur les résultats expérimentaux des travaux antérieurs indique les conditions expérimentales pour l'obtention d'un bon rendement d'extraction des métabolites secondaires et a montré que cette espèce possède un effet scavenging vis-à-vis des radicaux DPPH, ABTS ainsi qu'un pouvoir réducteur, ces effets sont liés à la présence des flavonoïdes.

As part of the enhancement of the medicinal potential of Algerian plants, we were interested in the study of a plant belonging to the genus Tuberaria Lignosa from the Cistaceae family. This plant was collected in Azazga (Tizi-Ouzou). The extraction yield of the essential oil carried out by hydrodistillation is very low, justifying the absence by the study on this extract. The bacteriological effect of the decoction extract, examined by the calibrated loop method, reveals the total absence to germ. The statistical approach by the application of ACP on the experimental results to previous work indicates that the experimental conditions required to obtain a good extraction yield of secondary metabolites and has shown that this species has a scavenging effect with respect to the DPPH and ABTS radicals as well as a reducing power, these effects are linked to the presence of flavonoids
