ترجمة الملخص

The objective of this study is to study the status of mushroom cultivation in Lattakia Governorate and to conduct an economic valuation of the cultivation of oyster mushrooms in Lattakia Governorate on the first two levels. The research results show that the project of mushroom production is a profitable project and does not require much technical expertise. This project can recover the capital invested within a reasonable period of time (3.06 years).The research showed that the productive efficiency of the farm at a commercial level was 1.89, the average profit per unit of expenditure was 1.69, the rent factor based on the invested capital was 30.13%, the rent factor based on the production costs was 90.66%, the profit factor based on the invested capital was 23.03% While profitability factor based on production costs was 69.3%The profit ratio was 40.9%, at the household level, the profit rate was 55.6%, while the production of 1 kg mushroom at a commercial level was higher than at the household level. This research also shows that the importance of mushrooms comes from the ability to produce home, and the need for simple experience, which is an additional income for families, especially for poor families that do not own agricultural land. The production of mushrooms is a safe and profitable way to get rid of agricultural waste, And converted into feedstocks or organic fertilizers
