الملخص

Cette étude à objet de la recherche de pouvoir inhibiteur de la germination des extraits aqueux d’une plante spontanée Cleome arabica L. (Capparidaceae)espèce commune dans le Sahara septentrional, Est Algérien récoltée à la région de Ghardaïa. Nous avons étudié l'influence de la solution aqueux de Cleome arabicaL.; sur les graines d'Orge (Hordeum vulgareL.) (Poaceae) par des mesures expérimentales. A cet effet, nous avons utilisé la méthode de plantation dans des lots expérimentaux. L'application de dix concentrations différentes de l’extrait végétal aqueux de Cleome arabicaL. (100%, 90%, 80%, 70%, 60%, 50%, 40%, 30%, 20% et 10%) sur les graines d’Orge, a permet de mettre en exergue l’effet inhibiteur de la germination de ces extraits vis-à-vis de graines d’Orge (Hordeum vulgareL.).Les résultats obtenus ont montré que l'application de l’extrait de Cleome arabicaL. sur les graines d'Orge a affectée négativement sur la germination et la croissance. L'étude montre que pour les faibles concentrations 40%, 30%, 20% et 10% les résultats de taux d’inhibition de germination étaient respectivement de 46.67%, 38,33%, 36,67% et 30%, mais pour les concentration 100% et dilué à 90% et à 80% le taux d’inhibition sont élevés 83,33%, 80% et 73,33%. Il est rapporté également des retards dans la croissance des graines des lots traités par rapport aux graines du lot témoin négatif.

. This study is an object of research for potential to inhibit the germination of aqueous extracts of spontaneous plant Cleome arabica L. (Capparidaceae) common species in the northern Sahara, eastern Algeria harvested in the region of Ghardaia. We studied the influence of the aqueous solution of Cleome arabica L.; Seeds of barley (Hordeum vulgare L.) (Poaceae) by experimental as well as the development and growth measures. For this purpose, we used the method of planting in experimental lots. The application of ten different concentrations of the aqueous extract of plant Cleome arabica L. (100%, 90%, 80%, 70%, 60%, 50%, 40%, 30%, 20%and 10%) the barley seeds, a can highlight the inhibitory effect of germination of these extracts agains seed of Barley (Hordeum vulgare L.).The results showed that the application of the extract of Cleome arabica L. Seeds of Barley has affected the germination and growth. The study shows that a low concentration 40%, 30%, 20%and 10% results in inhibition rates were 46.67%, 38.33%, 36.67% and 30%, but the concentration of pure and diluted to 90% to 80% and the inhibition rate is high 83.33%, 73.33% and 80%. It is also reported delays in growth seed lots treated with respect to negative controls seeds of lot.
